Both can be down loaded from the web.Unnecessary restrictions on the Federal form prevent many taxpayes fron using this simple form. California has removed nearly all these restrictions from its 540-2EZ allowing millions of taxpayers to file on this simple one page tax form. If these restrictions were removed form the federal tax forms up to 100 million tax payers could flie their taxes on a one page tax form with 6 or 8 pages of instructions instead of the 125 pages they have to slog through now.h |
