Subject: Fair Tax/Consumption Tax

Comment: It is my opinion, based on thorough research, that an income tax is not only unConstitutional, but counter-productive in terms of the economy and revenue production for the purpose of raising funds for civic government expenses.

A national consumption tax would put the control and representation of taxation in the hands of the consumer, where it belongs according to the Constitution.

Further, the Internal Revenue Service has become an "albatross" that is costing the taxpayer billions of dollars a year, to the deficit of our economy and civil government revenue. The IRS should be completely eliminated.
