Subject: H.R 25 The Fair Tax Comment: By the comments form the Panel over th last few days on C-SPAN, it was becoming painstakingly obvious that one of two things has happened. Either you have not read H.R 25 or The Fair Tax Book by Congressman John Linder and Neal Boortz and do not undertand the bill, or you do understand it, know it's implications, especially to your friend on K Street, and have chosen to mischaracterize it.
