Subject: Tax reform Comment: I would like to simply state that I believe the consumption tax is the best reform. It will be fair to every person in this country. Anybody that doesn`t pay taxes will have to now. This will stimulate our economy better tha any other reform I have seen. Please donot leave our tax system as it is and add a national sales tax.
