Subject: Panel Recomendations Comment: Wow, in typical government fashion you have decided to recommend tax increases instead of real tax reform! Should we be surprised? I think not. How much money was spent on this silly tax reform commission just to come up with the same old lame ideas from the past? Fiddle around here, tinker there and wala new tax increases. Will we get to keep filling out the miles of paperwork, too? Oooh treats in store! You have paid no attention to The Fair Tax Book co written by Neal Boortz and John Linder. It has been on the New York Times best seller list for the last nine weeks! This might be a good indicator that the people are behind this plan and want HR 25 to be passed. You do remember the people don’t you? You know, the taxpayers of this country, Not the K- Street lobbyists. Remember….the people…the ones who actually voted for you giving you your cushy jobs with the $135,000+ salaries and the ample vacation time. Yeah, those people. Well listen up….GET OFF YOUR LAZY ASSES AND READ THE FAIRTAX BOOK, THEN GO TO WWW.FAIRTAX.ORG , THEN RECOMMEND THE FAIR TAX AS REAL TAX REFORM!!! Be forewarned, those same people that want the Fair Tax implemented are also known as your voters, not the K-Street lobbyists, and those same voters that put you in your cushy job will be the ones that vote you out. Personally, in the next elections, I’m only voting for those that sponsor HR 25 or run for office with the Fair Tax as part of their platform.
