Subject: Tax Reform Comment: The Federal Income Tax Code CANNOT be fixed, repaired, or reformed. It MUST be replaced. The FairTax (HR 25) is the best plan that I seen. It's visible, it's fair, and it's simple. The only possible problem that I see is that as the economy expands, there will be too much money coming into DC and Congress will be too slow to cut the rate. |
