Subject: FairTax Comment: Please consider the National Retail Sales as the "cure" for our current income tax system. H.R. 25 is the most direct answer. Abolish the I.R.S. now. With the NRST every dollar spent in America on new products would be taxed. This would tax all of us who already pay taxes but those that presently do not, such as illegal aliens, drug traffickers, foreign tourists, etc. It would free up billions of dollars spent on tax compliance, make the taxes transparent and collection simple.
