Subject: Tax reform Comment: I'm disappointed the commission seems unwilling to offer bold reform of our tax code. The "Fair Tax Plan" is better than any proposal I've seen with regards to simplifying the code, allowing tax neutrality and fairness. It seems increasingly obvious the government is only interested in maintaining power over the people and not in doing what's right for our country. Please look inside yourselves and take a courageous step instead of these non-measures which are politically expedient. Thank you. |
