Subject: HR25 Comment: Dear Panel: Please consider the following: Whatever you tax, you discourage. Currently in America we discourage work. Why don't we discourage consumption instead with the Fair Tax? To finance the promises made by our federal government the economy will have to be hitting on all cylinders.
