Subject: Health Benefits Tax

Comment: I currently work in the healthcare sector. As premiums continue to increase, employees continue to become more upset over their healthcare costs and adding to it by increaseing taxes isn't going to help. Companies utilize the costs they pay toward an employees insurance as part of the "Benefits Package" offered to employees. The "Establishment" needs to look at government entities (public sectors) and have them contribute to their healthcare benefits by paying premiums and deductables, discontinue paid lunches, end doubling dipping, and reduce pension plans. Why is it that employees in the public sector get so much when the tax payers, who pay for the public sector, struggle to make ends meet!
