That is the Lazear version not the Fairtax.org or Bill HR-25. You can not call your presentation "The FairTax/Consumption National Retail Sales Tax". You need to have a representative from the FairTax.org to explain to you and the panel or Buy the book and educated yourself. You have distorted the FairTax. All things you presented are not the FairTax that $25 Million plus research had produced. You have changed the basic principles of the FairTax by introduced things that were not part of the FairTax. You did not present the FairTax to the Panel as in Bill HR-25. You hate America and its future and Amrican's children. There are no food exemption in the Fairtax. Poor people will pay no tax with the prebate. Rich people will pay more because they spend more. Poor people do not spend $1,000,000 on their weddings or $10,000 on food for a weekend party. You said investments are not promoted. With the fairtax, there is no taxes on returns on investments to promote savings and investments. Evasion! Hello! So people are evading States' Sales Tax right now. I help Citizen Bush see that this panel is not for reforming the tax code for a simpler way to fund the cost of government.
