Subject: FairTax Plan HR 25 Comment: Dear Commissioners; I would like, again, to signal my support of the FairTax Plan. The FairTax Plan will reduce the tax burden on those of lesser means in our country. It will improve our economy to the degree that companies who have moved operations abroad will return. It meets every other requirement given by the President, it is already in the "pipeline", and it is the only actual tax reform package presented to date. We must have total reform to benefit anyone.
