Subject: Fair Tax Comment: Please accept this comment as a suggestion to replace the income tax code and tthe IRS. I have listened to a lot of debate on social security refprm and it seems very simple to me; to get the American public to save for retirement ande just save the prime method would be to abolish the income tax in favor of a fair tax. This would give the public lots of additional income to save. either for retirement or general savings, and would eliminate the need for a social securoty individual accounts.
