Subject: FAIRTAX Comment: Certainly the Panel is now aware of the trial that will be held for Bill Benson in District Court in Chicago. Mr. Benson has a strong case against the 16th Amendment. If he is successful, which I am praying he will be, it will undermine the government's ability to tax income, which never should have been allowed in the first place since the idea fof progressive income taxation comes directly from Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto (Plank 2). When the courts eventually rule in Mr. Benson's favor the only viable alternative to taxing income will be to get back in harmony with our Founder's Constitution and tax consumption with the FAIRTAX system. I hope you will help to return this country to its roots by going ahead and doing what is right and recommending the FAIRTAX as the most simple, fair and pro-growth plan available. The FAIRTAX will heal all the damage done to this country since 1913 by the criminal income tax and the IRS. I hope you will come out on the side of the Founders and America. |
