Comment: I would prefer to have a flat tax and no 16th amendment or a consumption tax. This would eliminate the IRS and all that spending by the government for jobs and benefits. How much would that save? I think it's a waste to pay for a whole department when we can just have the same across the board and there is no tax deadline.
