Subject: tax reform Comment: tax reform: the current tax system is unfair and has negative effect on the economy. i, am in favor of the vat tax. it would elimate federal payroll tax and allow americans to safe more and be taxed on goods and service. the positive is that it would capature the under ground economy, one estimate quoted before could be over 200 billion dollars paid under table. the vat tax where the tax is part of final product. by doing this would be less taxing on economy. |
