Subject: Small Business Taxes

Comment: I own a software company (sub S corp). My company employs 27 people and has sales around $2.5MM per year. Last year the net income of the company was a $80,000. Even though my salary was $72,000, my taxable "income" was $152,000. I have never distributed a penny of income except to pay income taxes. All surplus cash goes toward helping the company grow. Please consider ways to relieve taxes for owners of small companies that opt not to distribute income.
