Subject: Replace existing tax code Comment: I most sseriously and urgently ask you to recommend to the Secretary of the Trrasury and to the President that the present tax code, the Internal revenue Service and the 16th Amendment be completely scuttled and replaced with the Fair Tax bill HR25/S25.
