Subject: Repeal of Income Tax Comment: If it takes a Constitutional amendment to repeal the income tax, how could we assured that the amendment would pass and that the income tax would go away? In other words, there seems to be a strong possibility that we could end up with BOTH the national sales tax and the income tax. The public must be certain that a flat tax or a national sales tax would, indeed, replace the income tax. |
