Subject: Earned Income Credit Comment: The tax code was not written nor intended to be used to adminster social welfare programs. To many people now know how to successfully cheat the system to claim the credit, abolish it outright but if it must be kept remove it from the tax code and let Health and Human Services administer the program. |
