Subject: Tax Reform Comment: I would encourage you not to be afraid of major reform in the tax system. I personal like the “fair tax” national sales tax. Just tinkering with the current tax system will be a waste of time. A few years from now all the tinkering you do will be undone. But if you do a major overhaul like the “fair tax” it will be very hard to undo. I won’t go into all the benefits of a national sales tax now; I just want you to know that change is very necessary.
