Residents of Erickson Retirement Community properties in Maryland and Virginia made up the balance of the middle income panel. Personnel from one of EHDOC's forty-three properties joined the Commission for the open microphone session.

Commissioner Steve Protulis, Executive Director of the Elderly Housing Development Operations (EHDOC) Corporation ensured for the fifth straight time that residents and personnel from one of EHDOC's forty-three properties joined the Commission for the open microphone session.
