THE AMTRAK REFORM COUNCIL ANNOUNCES IT WILL HOLD A HEARING REGARDING ITS PROPOSAL FOR "APPROPRIATE SEPARATION" OF AMTRAK-OWNED INFRASTRUCTURE ALONG THE NORTHEAST CORRIDOR (NEC) FROM AMTRAK'S NATIONAL TRAIN OPERATIONS
