Subject: Advisory Committee on Online Access and Security - Nomination, P004807

To Whom it May Concern -

I would like to nominate myself for inclusion within the Advisory Committee discussions concerning Online Access and Security.

Our recently-formed company, DreamStreamer Ltd, provides an encryption service to consumers wishing to conduct online transactions in a private manner, with specific reference to streaming media, an emerging area in which privacy concerns will play an important role in shaping service offerings.

Our approach builds upon the steps taken by the World Wide Web Consortium and the Platform for Privacy Preferences, but goes several steps further.

We recognise the growing demand for privacy, and respect for the value of a consumer's personal demographic information. We believe that permission marketing is the future, not "profiling without permission", as several high-tech companies have recently seen fit to do.

I am available on the listed dates to attend meetings in Washington, DC, as is our company's president, Mr Philip Braden.
