Dear Sir/Madam:

Consumer Financial Network, Inc., ("CFN") via our YouDecide.com web
site, offers consumers the ability to research, compare and purchase
financial services and insurance from various financial providers via the
Internet and CFN's Teleweb Center.  CFN, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia,
serves as a liaison between visitors to the YouDecide.com Web Site and a
network of participating financial service providers.  Our mission is to
educate consumers who visit our web site by providing unbiased information
so that each consumer may make an informed purchase decision.

Given the nature of our business, we are very interested in the
FTC's Advisory Committee on Online Access and Security, and we would
appreciate your accepting Margaret P. Eisenhauer's nomination for membership
on this Advisory Committee.  Ms. Eisenhauer, an attorney with Hunton &
Williams in Atlanta, has significant experience in privacy legal issues and
in balancing the business and consumer interests raised by access and
security requirements.  On behalf of CFN, I believe that Ms. Eisenhauer
would be an excellent addition to the Advisory Committee.
