On http://www.ftc.gov/acoas/ (The 11th PLANK) :

The Federal Trade Commission's "determination" to enforce their new law, which has reportedly become effective today, which forbids Web sites from collecting personal information without knowing how old someone is, seems to also require that we somehow validate the age of someone ON LINE. That makes it a LOT less attactive for me to do business in the USA...

THIS CRIPPLES A LOT OF WEBSITES !!!!!

... but I have a feeling that's exactly what you want.

Kids who home school don't get shot at public schools, and PARENTS NOT WEB PAGE PUBLISHERS are responsible for these little ones.

GET REAL.
