Why is a Rolls Royce auction being promoted on a government website? Guess some connoisseurs of elegant antique automobiles couldn't pay their taxes. At any rate, the Department of the Treasury is auctioning off five mighty fine looking models in March. You can even bid by phone. If you can deposit $20,000 to get in on the action, you may get a bargain!

Census 2000: Let's Not Come Up Short
In the Census of 1990, an estimated 8.4 million people were not counted -- many of whom were children, minorities, and low-income individuals. President Clinton announced plans to keep us from coming up short in Census 2000.
