Biography of James Haviaris

James Haviaris is Vice President, Operations, for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. In this position he manages operations and staffing requirements and oversees capital projects for the Rockefeller Center properties on the west side of Avenue of the Americas.

Mr. Haviaris joined Rockefeller Group Development Corporation in 1987 as Maintenance Engineer. Since that time, he has been promoted to various positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently he served as Property Manager for 1271 Avenue of the Americas, a position he held from 1996 to 2001.

He is a member of BOMA, the Building Owners and Managers Association, and the National Association of Power Engineers. He holds a BA degree from Rutgers University
